Smart builders always think of basic needs of their clients and offer certain electricity back. Always look for this facility - you will be thankful later.

A little bit of care for the environment will help in the long run. This also ensures back up water supply.

RO water

Just not any water, your are entitled for safe-to-use water. Always check for RO facility when running through the builders' brochure because, it means they have your needs undercover.
